Course description
This training contains of a kick-off meeting, preparation, a workshop, putting the theoretical framework of Boundary Crossing into your own practice and reflect upon it via intervision in small groups. If you sign in ftheoretical framework of Boundary Crossing or this course, please be available at all dates. The intervision in small groups will be scheduled in consultation with the participants.
Learning themes:
- Knowledge of boundary crossing
- Increase boundary crossing (self) awareness
- Recognize boundary crossing situations and turn these into learning opportunities
- Develop skills for guiding others through boundary crossing situations in order to have a positive learning experience
