Course description
The workshop Legislation and Regulations for members of Programme Committees (PC) is an opportunity to learn more about the formal duties and authorities of a PC (right to advice, right to consent).
During the interactive workshop the following items will be addressed:
-Higher Education and Research Act (WHW)
-Education and Examination Regulation (EER/OER) and Study Handbook
-Relevant cases
This training for PC's is offered alongside the introductory training by Blair van Pelt. We highly recommend attending both, as they complement each other and together provide a well-rounded foundation for your work in the PC.
