This workshop is designed to provide teachers with an understanding of assessment in real-life learning contexts and equip them with the necessary knowledge and skills to design and implement balanced assessment strategies. By finding a balance between individual and team assessment, as well as formative and summative evaluation, teachers will learn how to create assessments that capture both product and process learning.
The workshop will delve into various aspects of assessment design and implementation, including strategies for providing timely and constructive feedback, incorporating stakeholder involvement, and ensuring fairness, reliability, and validity. Participants will also discover innovative assessment techniques that engage stakeholders, peers, case-owners, and coaches, fostering a collaborative and interactive learning environment.
