Course description

Many students suffer from stress: perfectionism, fear of failure, chronic fretting, presentation stress. It doesn't necessarily lead to lower performance, but it certainly doesn't feel nice. Fortunately, stress can be reduced, by learning to manage thoughts and emotions and changing behaviors.
