Course description
A playful and profoundly shifting workshop for students at the WUR who want to experience (more) fun and effectiveness during their time as a student.
In this workshop you get to know your Inner Family.. The Inner Family is a psychological model which helps you to recognize patterns in your interaction with others. Discover how the 4 family members of the Inner Family represent your qualities and talents. Learn howyou can use them to motivate yourself, come into action, relax and find our what you really want.
In this workshop you will learn how to effectively align these four parts of yourself to be be more balanced and take control over your study and daily life.
This workshop will be given in Dutch and in English, live on Campus:
